Nando's Restaurant
Sheffield
A refurbishment project of an existing site in the student area of Eccleshall Road, Sheffield. The brief was to update the site, making it bright, exciting and innovative. We used recycled oil drums and light fittings and had fun finding exciting ways to bring warmth and interest to the site. By introducing movement and natural finishes to the ceiling along with reclaimed tables and furniture we gave new life to the old!!

The Smithy Fold
Glossop

It's not often that you're lucky enough to have such a beautiful canvas to start with, so this old mill in Glossop was a joy to work on. With the natural stone walls and large windows we tried to conserve and utilise as many of these finishes as possible, making them integral to the scheme and hinting at the industrial past of the site. By using natural finishes and a delicate touch we created a bar with beautiful lighting and comfortable areas to enjoy the surroundings.
This site was nominated for Northern Design Awards - Pub of the Year award 2013.

The Giant Bellflower
Selby

In it's previous life this was a furniture shop, lacking in character or interest. With the footprint long and thin we saw that creating a large open space in the middle of the unit would give the bar a focal point that was light, airy and exciting. With natural finishes and painted timbers throughout the pub is a cosy and enjoyable space to be in.
