Initial Design Consultation

A design is all about the client's needs and how the interior can best answer the brief.

iCatch Design believe that the client is key in the entire design process and the initial briefing is arguably the most important part.  This is the part where we learn about you, the client, about what you are hoping to acheive, what your vision is and also what your budget is.  We are experienced in working within tight budgets and can sometimes be the making of a scheme!!

 

Mood Boards

Once the design has been discussed and we have a good idea of what you are trying to acheive, we will research and bring our ideas together on a mood board to present and discuss.  This gives the client the chance to see the concept and vision for the interior and make any comments on the scheme.  It is a helpful tool to ensure the client is guaranteed the design they have imagined.

Detail drawings and specification

This is the detailed bit!! Once the concept and overall scheme has been reviewed and agreed, we will provide a full set of detail drawings for tender. We also provide full specification of the fittings and finishes to ensure a comprehensive design is provided and the project is ready to open it's doors fully finished and looking great! 

Project Management

We love this bit!! When the project gets to site we will be with you every step of the way, ensuring there is constant communication between the contractors and us.  We will attend site meetings and deal with any on site issues throughout the project, making the process as smooth as possible.  We have a lot of experience on site and love the challenges that building projects present. This should be exciting and fun and we want to make sure it is!
